The installation A working week of G consists of seven screens.
Five of the screens show five different films.
Every film consists of eight different, ten minutes long scenes. Each scene represents one out of 8 hours of work, in Gs everyday work life as a vehicle varnisher.
The films are interrupted nonsynchronous by statements of G about his work. Each statement interrupts the film for 30 seconds.
The remaining two screens are switched off.
The installation is supposed to provide the impression, that Gs work life is based on a variation of routines, each fulfilling their own purpose and detached from each other.
Through following the statements by G, his attitude towards his job and work in general is revealed to the absorbing.
